How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes 2-3 working days. If you order before 12pm Monday to Thursday, you can opt for Next Day Delivery to get your brews even faster.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship our beers and merchandise within the UK. We are working hard to bring Beavertown to our fans across the galaxy soon.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your beer's journey from our brewery to your fridge.
What should I do if my cans arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Are your beers vegan-friendly?
The majority of our core range, including Neck Oil and Gamma Ray, is vegan-friendly. Please check the specific product page for allergen information and ingredients.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns on beer. However, clothing and merchandise can be returned within 30 days if they are in original, unworn condition.
