At Beavertown Brewery, we want you to be fully satisfied with your haul, but if your beer arrives damaged or your merch doesn't fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact the Crew

  Send an email to our support team with your order number and a quick photo if your items arrived damaged or incorrect.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Ensure all merchandise is unworn and in its original packaging; please note that for safety reasons, all beer cans and bottles must be unopened.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 5-7 business days.
